Corn. Sweet satisfying treat I really enjoy. You can find vendors selling cooked corn in every street in the Philippines. There are two types of corn that I know of, the white corn, which is tasty when cooked as soup and the yellow corn or the Japanese Corn that is sweet and tasty.
Smothered it with butter and it is a sure hit. Grill it and the smoky flavor just make it tastier. Butter plus grilling? Wow! That’s my kind of buttered corn.
This is an easy recipe so you could enjoy buttered corn. The buttered corn is first boiled, then brushed with butter and Spanish paprika and baked until charing appears. Perfect for a lazy afternoon break.
