Baked Chicken Inasal

Baked Chicken Inasal is baked chicken marinated in inasal marinade. This recipe is perfect for those who does not want to fire up their grill. Simply pop it in the oven and wait.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 pieces Chicken Leg and Thigh
  • 1 cup Pinakurat Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Grated Ginger
  • 6 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 Tablespoons Salt
  • 1 stalk Lemongrass, mashed and finely chopped
  • Oil for basting
  • Juice from 4 Calamansi

Method
 

  1. Thoroughly clean the chicken. Cut some slits on the chicken.
  2. Combine pinakurat vinegar, grated ginger, garlic, salt, lemongrass and calamansi juice.
  3. Marinate the chicken for 1 hour.
  4. Baked for 45 minutes in an oven pre - heated at 220 degrees Celsius. Baste from time to time.
  5. Served with pinakurat vinegar or soy sauce and calamansi sauce.
