Method
- Thoroughly clean the chicken. Cut some slits on the chicken.
- Combine pinakurat vinegar, grated ginger, garlic, salt, lemongrass and calamansi juice.
- Marinate the chicken for 1 hour.
- Baked for 45 minutes in an oven pre - heated at 220 degrees Celsius. Baste from time to time.
