Chili Garlic Fried Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Garlic Oil
  • 1 cup Left Over Rice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • Sunny Side Up Egg
  • Toasted Dried Anchovies
  • Garlic Vinegar Sauce

Method
 

  1. Heat sauce pan
  2. Add olive oil and chili garlic oil.
  3. Add left over rice and stir fry for 5 minutes with continuous mixing.
  4. Season with salt.
  5. Serve with sunny side up egg, toasted dried anchovies and garlic vinegar sauce.
