Corned Beef Sopas

Corned Beef Sopas or Corned Beef Macaroni Soup is so easy to prepare. This recipe requires little ingredients and a handy can of corned beef is a great alternative to fresh meat.

  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 8 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 bulb Onion, chopped
  • 1 can 380g Corned Beef
  • 2 pieces Jumbo Hotdogs, chopped
  • 1 piece Carrot, diced
  • 250 grams Macaroni Salad Pasta
  • 8 cups Water
  • 1 piece Beef Bouillon Cube
  • 1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Fish Sauce or Patis


  • Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil.
  • Add corned beef and hotdogs. Sauté for another 5 minutes.
  • Add carrot, macaroni salad noodle, water and bouillon cube. Simmer until the pasta is al dente.
  • Pour in the milk and season with ground black pepper and fish sauce. Simmer for 3 minutes and switch off heat.
