Corned Beef Sopas
Corned Beef Sopas or Corned Beef Macaroni Soup is so easy to prepare. This recipe requires little ingredients and a handy can of corned beef is a great alternative to fresh meat.
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 8 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 bulb Onion, chopped
- 1 can 380g Corned Beef
- 2 pieces Jumbo Hotdogs, chopped
- 1 piece Carrot, diced
- 250 grams Macaroni Salad Pasta
- 8 cups Water
- 1 piece Beef Bouillon Cube
- 1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
- Ground Black Pepper
- Fish Sauce or Patis
Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil.
Add corned beef and hotdogs. Sauté for another 5 minutes.
Add carrot, macaroni salad noodle, water and bouillon cube. Simmer until the pasta is al dente.
Pour in the milk and season with ground black pepper and fish sauce. Simmer for 3 minutes and switch off heat.
