Pork Mami Recipe
This Pork Mami Recipe is made with pre-cooked Pork Nilaga. Spices are added to the dish and pour over somen noodle.
- 90 grams Somen Noodles
- 2 cups Leftover Pork Nilaga Dish, with meat
- 3 cups Water
- 1 piece Star Anise
- 1 piece Half Thumb - sized Ginger, crushed
- 1 Tablespoon Light Soy Sauce
- 1 piece Beef Bouillon Cube
- Chopped Onion Chives
- Hard Boiled Eggs
Cook somen noodles according to package direction and set a side.
In a pot, combine pork nilaga, water, star anise, ginger, light soy sauce and bouillon cube. Boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
Season with salt.
In a bowl, add noodles and pour over hot broth. Garnish with onion chives and egg.
