This Meat Balls Teriyaki Recipe is a quick recipe to turn your dull frozen meat balls into something sumptuous. The frozen meat balls are simmered for several minutes then the sauce is thickened and garnished with toasted sesame seeds.
Frozen Meat Balls
Light Soy Sauce
Ground Black Pepper
Red Chili, chopped
Toasted Sesame Seeds
In a pot, combine frozen meat balls, water, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, honey, rice wine, brown sugar, ground black pepper and red chili.
Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes or until the sauce is reduced to a cup.
Remove the meat balls from the pot and set a side.
Premix cornstarch and water. Add a spoonful at a time and mix to thicken the sauce.
Toss back the meat balls into the sauce. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
