Lasagna Bites Recipe

Lasagna Bites Recipe is a bit tedious to prepare but totally worth it. It is a new way to serve your lasagna recipe. You can serve it as an appetizer, snack or even party finger food.

  • 15 pieces Lasagna Noodles

Meat Filling

  • 1 kilogram Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Water
  • 8 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 1 piece Onion, chopped
  • 1 bar Cream
  • 250 mL All Purpose Cream
  • Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper

Marinara Sauce

  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 6 cloves Garlic, Chopped
  • 1 piece Onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 740 mL Canned Crushed Tomatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Black Olives
  • 3 Tablespoons Chopped Parsley
  • Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper


  • 3 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 3 piece Eggs, beaten
  • 6 Tablespoons Milk
  • 6 Tablespoons Water
  • 4 cups Panko
  • 1 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Dried Parmesan Cheese


  • Cook Lasagna Noodles according to package direction. Drain and set a side.

Meat Filling

  • In a sauce pan, combine ground pork and water. Cover, boil and simmer until the water evaporates and the fat from the pork oozed out.
  • Stir the pork until golden brown. Place the ground pork on one side of the pan.
  • Sauté garlic and onion.
  • Stir together the ground pork, garlic and onion. Scoop out excess oil.
  • Add the cream cheese and all purpose cream. Stir everything together.
  • Season with salt and ground black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes and set a side to cool to room temperature.

Marinara Sauce

  • Place oil in hot sauce pan. Sauté garlic, onion and Italian seasoning.
  • Add the crushed tomatoes, brown sugar, black olives and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.


  • Place all purpose flour in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, combine eggs, milk and water. Beat again to combine everything.
  • In another bowl, combine panko and Italian seasoning. Mix to combine.

How to Prepare Lasagna Bites Recipe

  • Cut the lasagna noodle into three parts. Take a spoonful of the filling and place on one end of the lasagna noodle and roll. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Place in the freezer to harden.
  • Roll the hardened lasagna rolls in the flour bowl, then, dip it in the egg mixture and the panko mixture. Deep fry until golden brown in hot oil.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve the lasagna bites with the marinara sauce.
