Samgyupsal Stye Pork Belly

Samgyupsal Style Pork Belly Is quick and easy recipe to prepare. All you need is pork belly, gojuchang paste, sesame oil and salt.

Ingredients
  

Pork Belly
  • 300 grams Pork Belly Strips
  • 3 Tablespoons Gojuchang Paste
  • 3 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
  • 2 Tablespoon Salt
  • 3 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
Bok Choy Side Dish
  • 1 Bunch Bok Choy, halved and blanched
  • 1 Tablespoon Kimchi Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • Salt to Taste

Method
 

  1. Cut pork belly by half inch thick by 5 inches long.
  2. Marinate together pork belly, gojuchang paste, sesame oil and salt for 4 hours.
  3. Heat oil in a non - stick pan. Pan fry the pork belly until cooked.
  4. For the side dish, combine blanched bok choy, kimchi seasoning, sesame oil and season with salt. Refrigerate and serve with the pork belly.
