Method
- Sauté garlic and onion in olive oil.
- Add corned beef and hotdogs. Sauté for another 5 minutes.
- Add carrot, macaroni salad noodle, water and bouillon cube. Simmer until the pasta is al dente.
- Pour in the milk and season with ground black pepper and fish sauce. Simmer for 3 minutes and switch off heat.
