Method
- Thoroughly clean the pork ribs.
- In a pot, combine pork ribs, jackfruit, water, garlic, onion and tomatoes.
- Boil and simmer until the pork ribs is tender. Slightly mash the tomatoes using the back of your wooden spoon. Add more water if needed.
- Add sinigang mix and season with ground black pepper and patis. Let it simmer for another 15 minutes.
