Method
- In a hot pan, saute garlic, onion and tomatoes in olive oil. Add rice wash and cover until the tomatoes are soft.
- Press the softened tomatoes with the back of your wooden spoon to release its juice.
- Add the sardines, rice wash and oyster sauce. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the odong noodles and simmer until the noodles are al dente.
- Season with fish sauce and ground black pepper.
- Garnish with chopped chives.
