Method
- Season beef with salt and ground black pepper.
- Heat pan and add olive oil. Sear beef and set a side.
- Sauté garlic and onion.
- Put back the beef and add water. Boil and simmer until beef is tender. Remove beef and set a side.
- Pour the cream of mushroom and whisk until dissolved. Add the chopped button mushrooms, ground black pepper and oyster sauce.
- Add the beef and simmer for another 15 minutes and serve.
