- Add oil in a hot non - stick pan. Add the lightly beaten eggs and stir until cooked. Roughly chopped the eggs with your wooden spatula and set aside.
- Sauté hotdogs until light brown in colors and set aside.
- Add the olive oil and sauté garlic until gold in color.
- Add the leftover rice, kimchi seasoning and season with salt to taste. Mixed everything together and keep stirring for 3 minutes.
