Kimchi Fried Rice

Bored with your regular garlic fried rice?  Add some kichi seasoning and you've got yourself a hearty plate of kimchi fried rice.  Add some meat and eggs and it's a one pot meal to enjoy for breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 pieces Eggs lightly beaten
  • 2 pieces Jumbo Hotdog chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive OIl
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 cups Leftover Rice
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Kimchi Seasoning
  • Salt to Taste

Method
 

  1. Add oil in a hot non - stick pan.  Add the lightly beaten eggs and stir until cooked.  Roughly chopped the eggs with your wooden spatula and set aside.
  2. Sauté hotdogs until light brown in colors and set aside.
  3. Add the olive oil and sauté garlic until gold in color.
  4. Add the leftover rice, kimchi seasoning and season with salt to taste.  Mixed everything together and keep stirring for 3 minutes.  
  5. Toss in the cooked eggs and hotdogs and stir.
