ingredients we have. Luckily, I found a half-opened tasty bread pack on our table and some eggs, tomatoes and red onions in our pantry / sari-sari store. Upon looking further and deeper in our fridge, I found unopened Selecta Margarine (I think it’s not for sale since I found no price tag on it, sorry mom you can’t hide this thing to me, hehehe).
3. Poach Egg: Boil 2 and 1/2 cup of water. Add a half teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoon of white vinegar and boil. Reduce heat after reaching the boiling point. Swirl the boiling water solution clockwise (or counter-clockwise) and add the cracked egg (it’s advisable to cracked the egg in a small bowl before adding it to the boiling water). Remove the egg when the egg white is already cooked (be careful not to overcooked the yolk, since we want the yolk to be of liquid consistency).
4. To Assemble: Place the salsa on the toasted bread. Top with the poach egg and sprinkle some paprika and top with another toasted bread.
