I have read pull apart bread so many times in the internet. I must admit I’m very intrigue with the new idea. However, if I cook that dish using a whole bread we might not able to consume it all since we are only three.
Yesterday, I went to the grocery and saw a buy-one-take-one loaf bread or we commonly known as tasty bread. I grabbed a pack without any idea what to do with it other than eat it as is or with a spread.
I planning to prepare a Chinese dish today since it’s Chinese New Year. However, I’m too lazy to buy the ingredients and decided I’ll just rest today. Then, an idea hit me. Why not preapare something fast and easy with ingredients I have. Since I’ve been planning to cook the pull apart bread for so long, I decided to make one today for afternoon snack using the tasty bread I bought yesterday.
Since we are only three, I thought of dividing the tasty bread into pieces and place it in a mini muffin cups and add grated cheese and chopped sweet ham. The good thing about this is, you can serve it to individual person and you don’t have to use whole fancy bread or whatsoever.
Ingredients
9 pieces Tasty Bread, divide each slice into 1×2 inches
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Mild Cheddar Cheese, grated
Sweet Ham, chopped
Pasley to garnish
Procedure
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Place the sliced tasty bread in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss everything together and vertically arrange it in muffin cups.
Insert the grated cheese and chopped ham in between the sliced tasty bread and garnish with parsley.
