Thin, crispy and not so greasy pizza anyone? We love pizza specially the thin crust. But, I hardly find crispy thin crust pizza now a days. There’s this pizza which is very delicious, however, the bread is super greasy. I want this thin crust that when you bite it, you could hear the pizza bread’s crispiness.
I initially thought of having tortilla wrap this New Year’s Eve but the thought of how much I already spent for the event is overwhelming, to think we are only three. Then it hit me. Since we are having rolled lasagna tonight and my mom wanted some pizza to pair with it, why not tortilla pizza.
My imagination started to work. I instantly imagned thin and crispy pizza which is less greasy and big enough for the three of us. It’s just so perfect.
I went to the grocery and bought some bacons and tortilla wrap. However, the tortilla wraps are all sold out. Okay, I have to make a homemade tortilla and so I did
This recipe makes about 8 pieces of 6-7 inches wide wrap. I flattened it using a rolling pin as thin as I could. I did not bother to shaped it. I just rolled it as thin as a could without tearing the dough. Then, I cooked it a minute on each side. Brush it with olive oil and spread the marina sauce I made for the rolled lasagna. Then, I topped it with sliced olive, mushroom, bacon, parsley and grated cheese and bake ot in the oven until crispy.
