Thin, crispy and not so greasy pizza anyone? We love pizza specially the thin crust. But, I hardly find crispy thin crust pizza now a days. This recipe makes about 8 pieces of 6-7 inches wide wrap. I flattened it using a rolling pin as thin as I could. I did not bother to shaped it. I just rolled it as thin as a could without tearing the dough. Then, I cooked it a minute on each side. Brush it with olive oil and spread the marina sauce I made for the rolled lasagna. Then, I topped it with sliced olive, mushroom, bacon, parsley and grated cheese and bake ot in the oven until crispy.
