While trolling the grocery yesterday, I saw a half dozen of crispy burger made by this famous burger patty brand. A hint, they sponsored this cooking show. I haven’t tried this version of their patty so I grabbed a pack and decided I will make some tortilla wrap. I also grabbed a pack of mini tortilla wrapper, lettuce and ceasar salad dressing.
To start with, I baked the patties in the oven for 10 minutes. Then I grilled the lettuce and chopped it. I made another version, instead of using the chopped lettuce I used chopped kimchi.
I used four pieces of the patties since its just me and my dad. Two serving each, to be fair. This recipe is really simple and just took me 30 minutes to prepare.
Ingredients
4 pieces Crispy Burger Patties
Olive Oil
4 pieces Mini Tortilla Wrapper
Half Lettuce
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
1/4 cup Kimchi, chopped
Ceasar Salad Dressing
Parsley, chopped
Procedure
Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. I used our mini oven for this recipe.
Place the patties on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes. Cut into strips
Heat a non-stick pan until smoking hot. Place the tortilla wrapper and cook each side for 30 seconds.
Prepare the lettuce. Drizzle the flat side of the lettuce with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Using the same pan used for cooking the tortilla wrapper with same hot temperature, place the flat surface of the lettuce and cook it for one minute. Turn the lettuce on the other side and cook for another 30 seconds. Chop the pan grilled lettuce.
Fill each tortilla wrap with the grilled lettuce and crispy burger patties. Drizzle with the ceasar salad dressing and garnish with parsley.
You can use chopped kimchi instead of the lettuce. Use a quarter cup for every tortilla wrapper.
